What is it?

An easy-to-follow online coaching service for Strength, Flexibility and Handbalance. We use a customised and holistic approach, your training will be designed to fit around your life as opposed to making your life fit around the training.

It includes new training programmes every 6 weeks, frequent video calls and unlimited feedback and guidance to make sure you and your gains are always looked after.

Who is it for?

Self-disciplined humans who want to concurrently get stronger, Get more flexible and improve their handbalance. I coach a range of students from beginner to advanced, some who only have 4-5 hours a week to spend on their training and those who spend 20+ hours.

How do we start?

1. Fill out the application form at the bottom of this page and I’ll get back to you to organise a zoom call!

2. Zoom call - Get to know each other and discuss the following things:

- Your goals and how we're going to get there

- Your available weekly training hours and equipment/environment

- Your current lifestyle and training and injury history

3. Movement assessment phase. You will receive instructions for some exercises you’ll need to record and send back to me.

4. Sign up for the Monthly Coaching Subscription (prices below)

5. Receive your first training phase! (within 48 hours of signing up)

6. Send questions and videos of your training, and receive feedback and adjustments as needed.

7. Catch up zoom call each phase (every 6 weeks) before writing your new programmes.

The programming combines your desired practices together in a way which allows progress across all disciplines.

FAQ’s

  • In Strength training: Bodyweight skills such as progressions from the chin-up to the one arm chin-up, push-up to handstand push-up, ring routines, straight arm elements like front lever and planche. Along with general strength elements including but not limited to the back squat and deadlift.

    In Flexibility training: The main big five including but not limited to - Pike/Head to Toe, Pancake, Middle Splits, Front Splits and Bridge

    In Handbalance: All of the main 2 arm shapes, from straight to tuck to straddle to pike and mexican. Along with entries such as the Straddle Press, Stalder Press and Pike Press.

    1-arm handbalance preparation once the student is ready.

  • We will work with what you have access to, and if your goals require more equipment then suggestions will be made on what to purchase! For example, if you want to learn a chin-up but don’t have anywhere to hang, you’ll be recommended a pull-up bar to invest in.

  • Not unless you wish to!

  • Nutrition guidance will be provided if requested and if I think it’ll help you have a more comfortable training practice!

  • Yes! Roughly 50% of my students start as beginners.

  • I have students in their 40’s and 50’s achieving levels of strength and flexibility they never had in their youth!

  • This can depend, it’s best to contact me first to explain your current injury.

    I cannot guarantee fixing them but if you are able to train we will work around them.

  • Usually within 24hrs of sending me videos!

  • As much as needed to feel confident with your training. The more efficiently we communicate the better your practice will be.

  • As much as needed, it’s recommend to send something each week but there is no limit or obligation, some people send videos daily and others twice every 6 weeks.

  • At the moment the payment options are via PayPal, UK Bank Transfer or Wise.
